Dr Nishant Wankhede

Dr Nishant Wankhede is a Consultant Psychiatrist with two decades of combined experience of working as a Psychiatrist in public as well as private sector. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. He sees a broad range of patients with all types of complex mental health disorders. He strives for a fine and delicate balance of Psychiatric medications along with Psychological as well Social interventions in the recovery of his patients and likes to work in collaboration with families and other clinicians involved in the patients care.

He was the Medical Director of Psychiatry of The Hills Clinic Kellyville for several years. Prior to this he has also been the Director of Psychiatry and Medical Superintendent at Macarthur-Wingecaribee Mental Health Services for several years. He is a guest Lecturer and Examiner at the Medical School at the University of Western Sydney and also a Conjoint Senior Lecturer of Psychiatry at University of New South Wales. He is an accredited supervisor of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrist for trainee Psychiatrist. 

He sees patients from 15 years of age and over.
